Mubasher: Bank Dhofar posted a growth of 16.2% year-on-year in its profits for the second quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Profits stood at OMR 12.61 million in Q2-16, compared to OMR 10.85 million in Q2-15.

The bank generated profits of OMR 26.17 million in the first half of 2016, a rise of 15.6% from OMR 22.63 million in the same period last year.

Operating profits grew 32.2% to OMR 39.76 million in H1-16, compared to OMR 30.08 million in H1-15.
